My Rules
If Edgar Codd can have his very own rules then as this is my website I am going to have my own set of rules. I am not going to number these rules or put them any sort of order -they are all vital and must be obeyed unless you think otherwise. Please feel free to make up your own rules. Hopefully when you have read through the entire tutorial the rules will make sense!
Data Model Rules
Many To Many Relationships Must Be Resolved
Link entities shall be used
One To One Relationships are really stupid
Two entities with a one to one relationship are really just one entity
One To Many shall be the only relationship shown
If I had said that first, the first two rules could have been scrapped!
